If you have a Windows server you can forget about IT problems with the Gold Operational support contract. You’ll get a guaranteed two hour response time, plus you can add a proactive support service where we monitor and check your network daily – so most problems are sorted out before you even know about them.
Our Silver Operational Support Contract gives clients with non Windows server networks a guaranteed four hour response time.You can be sure that when your IT systems refuse to co-operate there’s help at hand.

If you’re not ready to sign up to a regular contract you can use our support on a Pay as You Go basis. This gives you:
  • Telephone and remote support, charged by the minute for any incident (with a minimum charge of 15 minutes).
  • Guaranteed next day response - although normally issues are answered much sooner.
